Waller Park Place is the largest private development in downtown Austin comprised of approximately 1.4 million sq ft of office, residential and condominium units, a lifestyle hotel, and retail space in three towers, the tallest of which is to exceed 50 storeys.
While infill projects usually see development from surface parking lots or through assembly of adjacent parcels, the Villas on Town Lake was an older but occupied courtyard style community. IBI Group designed the redevelopment of this 1.39 acre parcel, which will provide an additional 600,000+ sq ft of space and feature two towers.
Waller Creek properties will include numerous retail, dining, and entertainment uses along surrounding streets while delivering exceptional views of both Lady Bird Lake and the Austin skyline and direct access to the adjacent Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail.
