Vaughan Healthcare Centre
The City of Vaughan retained IBI Group to provide engineering services for the development of the 33-hectare Vaughan Healthcare Centre precinct plan, at the northwest corner of Jane Street and Major Mackenzie.

Vaughan, ONThe proposed Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital occupies approximately 16-hectares of the site and as part of the scope of services, IBI Group prepared:
- detailed design drawings for construction of the internal needs and services;
- two stormwater management ponds;
- a temporary sewage pumping station; and
- new signalized intersections at Jane Street and Major Mackenzie.
As part of the project, IBI delivered:
- Functional Transportation Master Plan
- Master Servicing Plan
- Class Environmental Assessment and a Phase 1 ESA
