In partnership with Marguiles Peruzzi project architects, IBI Group provided full landscape architectural services for a 3,000 sq. ft. amenity terrace on the 17th floor of PTC’s new global headquarters in Boston’s Seaport District.

A rooftop terrace for employees to work and unwind
PTC relocated to Boston’s downtown Seaport District on the top floors of a new 17-story glass tower. The terrace is accessed from the 16th floor by a gracefully arcing staircase. The roof terrace showcases a variety of custom integrated seating and gathering amenities, giving employees the option to bring work outdoors. The unique space is designed to be flexible, allowing for team meetings, daily use, happy hours and client/investor events. The stunning backdrop includes views spanning over 180 degrees from Seaport Boulevard to the east, to Boston’s Back Bay Neighborhood.
