Developer TRG Boca Congress, LP, engaged Arcadis IBI Group, formerly RLC Architects, to provide architecture services for this large-scale residential building featuring an integrated parking garage and resort-worthy amenities.

Aura Boca adds hundreds of highly desirable new homes to a rapidly urbanizing area of Boca Raton. Located within a former business park at the intersection of two arterial roads, this large-scale mid-rise residential building accelerates the area’s transformation into a thriving, mixed-use community. Close access to the commuter rail station and retail and office development offers the ease of a live-work lifestyle, well-connected to the rest of the city.
Arcadis IBI Group’s architectural design for Aura Boca fulfills the twin ambitions of large-scale development efficiencies alongside the creation of a boutique lifestyle experience for residents. Repetitive tunnel-form construction enabled a fast, high-quality build, while dynamic design elements create a sense of interest and energy along the building’s exterior. Asymmetrical forms and color accents provide a striking design statement from any viewing angle.
